Some counters for international car rental company like AVIS, Budget, Hertz, Sixt, National are available in the arrival hall of Krabi Airport. You can book the car online for better rates. It also will give you peace of mind as you can confirm the availability in advance.
Taxi
You will have options for the taxi, either it’s private car (normally for 1-4 pax) or minivan (for 1-13 pax). Prices depend on your drop off area, whether it’s in Krabi Town or Ao Nang. Just proceed to taxi counter at the arrival hall to book a taxi. State your name, contact number, and your hotel name. After the payment, you will receive a receipt indicating your taxi number. The taxi operator will call the taxi number through her radio. You need to wait for the taxi at the exit gate/ airport lobby. After a short wait, a driver will pick you up and ask for your receipt from the counter.
Shuttle bus
Similar to taxi, the price of shuttle bus is also fixed and pre-paid. Prices stated is the price per person. These are the available destinations from the airport:
