What we love about a road trip is that it gives us flexibility during our trip. Most importantly, it also allows us to have impromptu stops and surprises us with many unexpected places. Adman’s agro strawberry farm is one of them. We didn’t even know if there is such place along our road trip route. When we pass through the endless bends in Nuwara Eliya, we just saw this place accidentally in one corner of the road and decided to stop.
Adman’s agro strawberry farm is a small place near Gregory Lake Nuwara Eliya. When we drive from Ella to Kandy, it is on our right side. From outside, it looks like a common food vendor. But when we went inside, this place has a small farm at the back with a beautiful view of a small waterfall.
We ordered one glass of fresh strawberry juice. It tasted great, but a bit expensive. There are actually many other menus on the list, like strawberry pancakes, shakes, and ice cream. But since we had our lunch before, we decided not to order other than the strawberry juice.
When we visited Adma’s Agro, there were many other visitors too. It seems that this place is somehow pretty well known. Besides its cute backyard, there’s nothing much to enjoy. The facility is basic. There’s only one toilet with a broken faucet. However, it is a nice place to stop by while enjoying Nuwara Eliya.
